Every guide should leave the reader with a useful next step, including when the correct next step is to contact the operating airline or original seller instead of FlightsRoad.
How we research and review guidance
We begin with the traveler question, define the parties involved, and separate general travel practice from a specific airline's rules. For U.S. consumer rights or other time-sensitive requirements, we prefer a government or other primary source and link it near the relevant statement.
The prepared-by line identifies the publisher responsible for the guide. The reviewed date records a substantive content check; it is not changed merely to make a page look new.
Time-sensitive information
Airline policies, fares, schedules, government rules, and agency terms can change. A guide gives general information as of its reviewed date. Travelers should confirm urgent or trip-specific facts with the airline, ticket issuer, agency, or government authority named in the guide.
