Information you provide
The trip planner runs in your browser. Its route, airport, date, cabin, and traveler values are not submitted to FlightsRoad or Google. Creating a summary may generate the analytics event described below, but the event does not contain those field values.
If you email FlightsRoad, we receive the contact details and message content you choose to send. Do not email payment-card, passport, password, or booking-code information.
Information you give the travel agency by phone is collected by that agency under its own privacy notice.
Website logs and measurement
Our hosting and security providers process standard logs, which may include your IP address, browser and device details, requested page, time, and security events.
We use Metricanic to register campaign visits and attribute telephone-link actions. Its direct tracker may process the page URL, referrer, campaign parameters, IP address, and browser or platform details. When you select a telephone link, we send one goal event without the telephone number you call from or any trip-planner values.
We use Google Analytics 4 and limited Google Ads measurement to understand page visits, campaign performance, and call-link interactions. Where enabled, Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and process IP address, browser and device information, referrer, pages visited, and basic campaign parameters. GA4 may also record standard interactions such as scrolls and outbound-link clicks when those Enhanced Measurement options are enabled. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
Our custom analytics events record when a telephone link is clicked and where it appeared, and when a trip summary is created. We do not send the telephone number you call from or any trip-planner field values with those events.
Google processes measurement data under its own terms and policies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Regional consent, GPC, and analytics choices
For visitors identified as being in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Google tag is not loaded unless the visitor chooses Allow. Elsewhere, measurement is enabled by default unless the visitor opts out.
When a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we enable restricted data processing for Google Ads and keep advertising personalization off. GPC does not by itself disable basic Google Analytics measurement.
Anyone can disable or re-enable Google measurement using the Google measurement control in the footer. A saved opt-out prevents the Google tag from loading on later visits from that browser until the setting is changed.
Call data
FlightsRoad may receive call-attribution data such as the call time, duration, campaign source, and outcome. During the call, the travel agency collects the itinerary, identity, contact, and payment details you choose to provide.
